// For High-Volume Stores
Pricing that doesn't punish you for shipping more orders.
$0.03 per overage order on the Scale plan — the lowest in the space. Per-order cost accuracy at any volume; enterprise pricing for 10,000+ orders/month.
// What's broken today
The profit math your current app is getting wrong.
Tools that charge $0.10/order start eating ~$1k/month of margin once you cross 10k orders. NeoProfit's overage is $0.03 at Scale — and Enterprise gets a custom rate.
Most apps approximate at scale — single shipping rate per region, average COGS per category. At 100k orders that approximation is real money. Per-order math is the only honest way to do this.
Looker dashboards work, but you need an analyst. NeoProfit gives you per-SKU margin out of the box — sortable, filterable, exportable.
// Built for this
The features that matter for for high-volume stores.
Every order: its own COGS, its own shipping (from the carrier invoice you upload), its own fees, its own allocated ad spend. No approximations.

See Product Analytics →At 200 orders/day, a single thin-margin SKU compounds quickly. AI Insights flags margin compression with the dollar impact attached.
See AI Insights →Every order moves the dashboard. No end-of-day batch — at 5k orders/day, that latency matters.

A 60k-orders/month consumer electronics store
Hypothetical example: a store processing 60,000 orders per month would pay roughly $99 base + ($0.03 × 55,000 overage) = $1,749/mo on the Scale plan, versus $99 + ($0.10 × 55,000) = $5,599/mo at a $0.10 overage rate. Same product surface, $3,850/mo difference — $46,200 per year of saved subscription cost flowing through to contribution margin.

Common questions.
What's Enterprise pricing?
Custom. Typically a flat monthly fee that absorbs the overage entirely at predictable per-month cost. Email hello@neoprofit.app with your order volume and we'll come back with a quote within one business day.
Does the dashboard stay fast at 100k orders/month?
Yes. We pre-aggregate daily and on-the-fly for the period selector ranges. Larger ranges (quarter, year) compute against the daily aggregates rather than scanning every order.
Can we feed our own carrier-invoice CSV?
Yes — monthly upload on the Settings → Shipping page matches each shipment to its actual cost. If you'd rather feed it via API, talk to us about Enterprise integrations.
The bigger you scale, the more the overage rate matters.
